Well most garage doors do have windows or in the building industry they are called lites. There is always an added cost for windows. And these type doors are not covered by home warranties because they use commercial grade hardware. A spring change can cost $400-$600 dollars as opposed to $100-$200 dollars. So if cost is not an issue than go for it you won’t be disappointed.
